ACCLAIM, the Alameda County Collaborative for Learning and Instruction in Mathematics, is a partnership among the California State University East Bay Mathematics Department, Chabot College, and the Alameda County Office of Education. ACCLAIM provides a variety of K-12 summer institutes with school year Saturday sessions, focused on mathematics content for teachers, lesson design, and assessment. The partnership was established in 2000 and has provided high quality professional development serving over 6,000 teachers in the Bay Area and beyond.
